Detroit Style Pizza is recognized by its iconic square shape and crunchy, cheesy edges. The Pizza consists of double proofed dough that perfectly fist to a square pan. A process that allows the dough to rise and be stretched twice, followed by layering of toppings. On most of our Detroit pizzas the toppings get added in this order....cheese, meat and veggies and then sauce. Gluten-Free Crust available for $4
